Ford introduced the completely new second-generation Transit Connect during the 2013-2014 model transition.

Some 2014-registered vehicles may retain the earlier first-generation body and rear light design. Compatibility with these vehicles should only be assumed when the vehicle is confirmed as a first-generation Transit Connect and both complete rear light areas match the product photos exactly.

This product is not designed for the completely new second-generation Transit Connect sold from 2014.

Compatibility may vary depending on panel van, Kombi, passenger version, short-wheelbase, long-wheelbase, tailgate, twin rear doors, production date, and regional specification.

Compatibility with Ford Tourneo Connect should only be assumed when both rear light units and all surrounding installation surfaces match the product photos exactly.

Converted commercial vehicles may use modified rear doors, alternative lighting units, or non-standard installation surfaces.

Compare the supplied left and right trim frames with both complete rear light areas before purchase.

Do not order solely by registration year or the Transit Connect name.

Installation

Clean and dry both installation areas thoroughly before fitting.

Before final application, position the left and right trim frames around their corresponding rear light areas.

Confirm the orientation, shape, alignment, lamp dimensions, body gaps, contours, and surrounding installation surfaces.

Make sure the trims do not cover any lens, reflector, mounting point, or required lighting surface.

Apply each trim frame carefully and press firmly across the complete adhesive area.

Install only on clean, dry, smooth, and suitable surfaces.

Avoid washing the vehicle or exposing the installed trims to water during the initial adhesive curing period.
